The
Early Childhood Pre-School Program is a
developmental classroom for children ages 3 to 5
and is located at Oakwood School in Lemont,
Illinois. Utilizing a Total Communication
philosophy, the program focuses on the
development of all aspects of language, oral
communication, auditory and speech reading
skills, social interaction and school readiness
skills. Creative Curriculum and Visual Phonics
are incorporated into the class.
Absences may be called into Oakwood School at
(630) 257-2286, ext. 1100. Please include the
student’s name, room number, teacher’s name and
reason for absence. Feel free to leave a
