Braun Educational
Center is the therapeutic alternative program for SWCCCASE offering
services for students experiencing social and emotional problems in
school. The program is designed to provide students with the therapeutic
supports and interventions they need to learn and find success in
school. The Braun curriculum is aligned with state standards and follows
the courses taught in students’ home schools. Along with academic
instruction, students learn the social skills required for building and
maintaining satisfactory relationships, constructively solving problems,
managing their physical and emotional health, securing employment,
living independently and achieving other worthwhile goals. Staff are
committed to work closely with parents, home schools and community
agencies.
