Southwest Cooperative will
once again be participating in the Carson Pirie Scott Community Day
Fundraiser. Coop Employees can sell $5.00 coupon booklets to earn funds
that go right back to our programs. The booklets contain 8 coupons for
20% off as well as a $10 coupon. Last year we raised over $2,400 for our
programs. Last year's big earner was the Transition Program who brought
in $750.00! Booklets are available now through the day of the sale
which is Saturday, November 10, 2007. If you are interested in
participating, contact your program supervisor or Erin Hackett at
ehackett@swcccase.org .

IMRF
Members - Did you know you can access your personal IMRF
information, your years of service credit, how much you have
contributed, even calculate what your pension will be? You can change
your name, address, and beneficiary information! In order to do
this, set up an account on the IMRF website at
www.imrf.org . If you are nearing
retirement, IMRF conducts pre-retirement workshops year-round across the
state of Illinois. In addition, they will provide you with a
personal pre-retirement review upon request. Information regarding
retirement can be found on the IMRF website at
www.imrf.org . All IMRF members should
keep on top of legislation that can affect YOUR pension.
Information on current legislation that can affect how long it takes to
get vested, or on the funding of IMRF pensions can be located on (you
guessed it!) www.imrf.org . Can you
tell that this is a very useful website for all support staff who belong
to IMRF? Make it one of your favorites today!
