Population Served

Students with severe disabilities enrolled in Southwest Cook County Cooperative member districts between the ages of 14 and 22 can be served by the Division of Rehabilitation Services. The provision of services is contingent upon meeting the eligibility requirements of the Division of Rehabilitation Services.
