Young children are full of energy and enthusiasm! But with the increase in the use of technology, more sitting required, and less interactions with people and materials, young children are craving sensory input!
Sensory Motor Paths to the rescue!
Offer children 5-15 minute breaks to hop, step, jump, spin on a Sensory path created for them. Make it as simple as a chalk path on the playground (at school) or driveway/sidewalk (at home)
