Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association for Special Education (SWCCCASE) was named as a "Top Workplace" by the Chicago Tribune! In May 2021, all SWCCCASE staff members received ;a survey with various questions about workplace culture. More than 85% of our staff members responded to this anonymous survey.

The results were sent directly to a company that works with the Tribune and were not available to the SWCCCASE administration. Based upon the staff responses regarding our organizational culture, we are being recognized as a Chicagoland "Top Workplace."
